Why do you need a Book Keeper?

IRS Compliance

Without doubt, the IRS is the largest reason for a bookkeeper. Mismanaged books can lead to heafty fines from the IRS, which results in lost profit. Clean books makes for an easy tax season.

Financial Standing

The entire purpose of a business is to make money. Most business owners go about their day unaware of the financial standing of their business. At the bare minimum, you should know your profit, revenue, expenses, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Without the core financials of your business, you run the risk of operating at a loss.

Money Saving

The goal of a bookkeeper is to inevitably save you time and money. You need to keep your books up to date whether you like it or not. Ideally, a bookkeeper will remove the headache of navigating complex software’s and accountant jargon.
